The fine print, in plain words
- What counts as a sale?
- Every dollar a business you referred spends on Castopia — credit purchases, auto-refills, anything — for 12 months from the day they sign up. If they get a refund, that commission is reversed.
- How do I get paid?
- Through Dub, our payouts partner. Connect a bank account or PayPal once; commissions are paid out monthly after a 30-day hold that covers refunds. Dub handles tax forms (W-9 / W-8).
- How do you know a business came from me?
- Your link sets a 90-day attribution cookie on their browser, and the mobile app asks "who referred you?" at signup. Either one credits you.
- Can I refer myself?
- No — a business you own or are signed into won't attribute to your own link. Everything else is fair game.
